David Dosu is a particle physics Erasmus scholar at prestigious European institutions, namely the University of Clermont, TU Dortmund, and the University of Bologna. As the National President of the Nigerian National Association of Physics Students, he oversees a network of over 55,000 students from 84 institutions, actively nurturing the next generation of physicists.
Demonstrating his academic excellence, David earned a place in the top echelon of participants at a CERN particle physics program. His visionary leadership facilitated Nigeria’s first virtual CERN tour, culminating in a significant funding commitment that promises to bolster physics education and research in Nigeria.
Through his influential role in the African School of Fundamental Physics, David has expanded the horizons of Nigerian students by connecting them with some of the world’s most renowned scientists from institutions like Harvard and Stanford, reinforcing the global physics dialogue and collaboration.
